1 General, Scope of the Terms
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") apply to all orders in the online portal for the delivery of the goods offered there. 1.3 All deliveries and services are made exclusively on the basis of these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order.

2. Conclusion of contract, conclusion of the contract
2.1 The presentation of our assortment of goods on this website does not constitute a legal sales offer.
2.2 With the order sent by confirmation of the button "ORDER", the buyer makes a binding offer to the seller to conclude a purchase contract for the ordered goods. The contract is concluded when we accept your order - which you make through the order confirmation regarding the virtual shopping cart contents - through our order confirmation. The purchase contract for the ordered goods only comes about with the order confirmation of the seller, which is sent by e-mail to the customer.
2.3 The acceptance of an order is subject to the condition that the Buyer has completely and correctly completed the order form and has already reached the age of 18.

4 payment
4.1 The payment of the purchase price for the ordered goods can be made by PayPal or credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
4.2 If you make legitimate use of your right of withdrawal, so we need from you in the case of the payment methods "credit card" and "cash on delivery" your bank details.
5 Delivery/reservation of title
5.1 The delivery takes place as soon as the goods are completely paid.
5.2 The obligation to deliver is void if we ourselves are not supplied correctly and on time and are not responsible for the lack of availability. In case of unavailability of the goods, we will inform you immediately and a possible advance payment will be refunded immediately. The customer will be informed immediately about the unavailability. An already paid purchase price will be refunded to the customer immediately.
5.3 The ownership of the delivered goods remains until full payment of the purchase price by the seller. The purchaser is not entitled to consume, pledge, assign for security, process or redesign the goods subject to retention of the title before the transfer of ownership.
6 Warranty / Liability
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.
We are not liable for damages that are not caused to the goods themselves and not for other financial losses. This limitation of liability does not apply:
- in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of us or our vicarious agents,
- in case of personal injury,
- for damage caused by the absence of any quality that we have guaranteed
- for claims arising from the product liability law.

8 Final Provisions
8.1 For order and for all legal disputes that may arise from the order and execution of the order, Singapore law shall apply.
8.2 Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Insofar as the provisions are ineffective, the content of the respective purchase contract is governed by the statutory provisions.
