Instructions:
- Bring milk and water to semi boil, and slowly stir in the Hela mashed potato powder.
- Add in the butter to the potato mix and stir well.
- Add in salt and Hela pepper black medium grind 12 to taste and leave it aside.
- In a large saucepan, heat up sauerkraut over medium heat for approx. 4 - 5 min.
- In a large frying pan, roast bratwursts over medium heat for approx. 4 - 5 min.
- Serve on a plate with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut. Add mustard to your liking. Enjoy!
